I have a unique blend of strategy and organization development experience. I’ve not only taught graduate level courses on strategic thinking, I’ve led large-scale strategic planning projects.
I’ve taught leading change to thousands of executives at leading business schools. I’ve written a number of applied and academic articles on change leadership including a Leading Effective Change Primer as part of the SHRM Foundation’s Effective Practice Guidelines Series.
I have over ten years of experience leading scenario thinking and uncertainty tracking projects around the world.
I will provide a practical, engaging, and relevant experience that builds from twenty years of experience as a strategic team facilitator.
